Political Capital analysed the unique position of Hungary in the European refugee crisis in several studies.
- Our Heinrich Böll Stiftung-funded study entitled Focus on Hungary: Refugees, Asylum and Migration analyses both migratory trends and its political aspects. In 2017 we updated this study, the new version is available in English (Refugees, Asylum and Migration Issues in Hungary) and in Hungarian (Menekültügy és migráció Magyarországon) as well.
- With the support of Friedrich Ebert Stiftung we published the study entitled The political effects of migration-related fake news, disinformation and conspiracy theories in Europe in May, 2017.
- Hungary: Migration trends and political dynamics and Recent Changes in Refugee-Related Policies in Hungary were published as part of a series on the Visegrád Group.
- Our Hungarian study entitled Magyarország sajátos helyzete az Európai menekültválságban [Hungary’s special case in the European refugee crisis] was published in Tárki’s Social Report 2016.
